Lake Saint Louis, Mo., Feb. 18, 2026 – National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), a leading provider of software solutions to energy and communications providers, hosted its 2026 Annual Meeting on Feb. 11. Members from across the United States and Canada joined NISC President & CEO Doug Remboldt, Board Chairman Mark Grotbo, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel Jeff Nelson and Board Secretary Josh Winslow for the annual update on the state of the IT cooperative.
The meeting highlighted key achievements from the past year, including product enhancements and continued technology advancements that support the evolving needs of the Membership.
“This past year showed us just how fast technology can evolve,” Grotbo said during his Chairman’s address. “We saw tools our Members have been hoping for, and those they didn’t even know they needed, go from concept to reality. We are proud to say that the innovations they helped us create are transforming the way Members do their jobs and serve their customers. It’s a powerful testament to what can be done when true partnership is at the core of who an organization is.”
“We absolutely love building technology together with our Members,” Remboldt said during his CEO report. “When we get to partner with them, roll up our sleeves side by side and design solutions, it’s very rewarding. And our Members are taking this technology and showing us really interesting ways they’re using it – ways we never would have dreamed of. That’s why advancing technology together is so much fun.”
Remboldt also outlined priorities for the coming year, emphasizing enhancements to the Member experience, further innovation within NISC’s solutions and NISC’s extensive learning opportunities.
