The Marketing Services team partners with Members to create complete marketing campaigns to send the right message at the right time to the right audience while utilizing NISC’s Marketing Solution.

Marketing Services offers tailored marketing campaigns including topics like SmartHub, paperless and autopay adoption, fiber rollout, interconnection agreements and other campaigns as requested. Marketing Services provides education around the basic marketing concepts behind the NISC marketing products, setting marketing goals for the campaign, assisting with content production, scheduling the launch of content and measuring the success of the campaign.
Separate from NISC’s Marketing Solution, Marketing Services is focused on the content and strategy behind marketing campaigns. Marketing Services will arm you with the tools you need to leverage the tools available in NISC’s Marketing and Service Solutions, like SmartHub web and mobile application, SmartHub marketing, Multi-Channel Messenger, Campaign Management and Market Segmentation. This service meets the need in both the broadband and utility industries to support internal marketing teams as they communicate with their members and customers.
