Co-op Strong
The Co-op Strong initiative is rooted in the cooperative principles of Concern for Community and Cooperation among Cooperatives. Co-op Strong has supported NISC Members through natural disasters, raising money to support rebuilding local communities when they need it most. Each year during the MIC, attendees come together to learn, collaborate, and in true co-op fashion, give back via a Co-op Strong event for charity. With the 2026 MIC, Members, partners, guests and employees had the opportunity to give back with donations and Co-op Strong t-shirt sales, and as the MIC ended, $20,000 was raised.
