Each year, the key focus of the NISC Member Information Conference (MIC) is learning more about the topics and challenges facing our industries and how NISC solutions can help accomplish your goals. MIC sessions wouldn’t be nearly as successful without the help and participation of our Members who know and use our solutions every day.
At the 2025 MIC in Louisville, Ky., Sept. 22-25, 180-plus learning sessions were offered to attendees, and 45 NISC Members helped lead sessions that provided first-hand knowledge and best practices with fellow attendees. The Member Experience Awards recognize the top Member-presented sessions at the MIC each year.
Throughout the Member Information Conference, Members had a chance to rate sessions in the MIC app to help select the Member Experience Award winners. This year’s winners were selected as the top sessions in their respective categories.
