Member Experience Once Again Shines at the 2021 Member Information Conference

For the first time ever, the 2021 MIC took place outside of St. Louis, Mo., and went on the road to Louisville, Ky. While the venue was new and there were plenty of new software features to discuss, the MIC remained a place to come together, collaborate and share information to help get the most out of NISC solutions.

One of the biggest drivers that makes the MIC such a collaborative event is the knowledge and information shared by you, our Members. We love sharing new features and functionality and helping bring everyone up to speed on our solutions, but the most popular sessions are always the classes that showcase how our Members are utilizing their NISC tools.

During the MIC, attendees once again had a chance to vote for the top 10 Member-led sessions which were recognized during the closing session. NISC Vice President of Professional Services, Sales and Marketing Ed Wolff, who was joined by NISC President and CEO Dan Wilbanks, announced and congratulated the 2021 Member Experience Award winners.

The following sessions represented a cross-section of the diversity of our industries covering topics from Financials to utilizing iVUE Connect and even how to train on NISC solutions. To all of our Members that presented, asked questions or simply attended MIC, thank you for your efforts in helping us make the conference a great place to collaborate.
