The partnership integrates CheckPoint’s data-driven analytics and marketing tools with NISC’s iVUE® Connect – Service and SmartHub® Order Management (SHOM) solutions, creating a seamless workflow from market analysis to customer sign-up and service activation.

Once an order is submitted, CheckPoint automatically updates to reflect the completed sale, reducing duplicate work and ensuring accurate communication throughout the customer journey.
