“We are excited to welcome three new Directors to the NISC Board and three returning Directors,” said NISC President and CEO Doug Remboldt. “We greatly appreciate their willingness to serve and represent the Membership. The Board is crucial to how we work together with our Members and ensures that NISC stays focused on what matters most to our Membership.”

“It is an honor and privilege to represent District 3 on the NISC Board, and I look forward to all the great things NISC will bring in the future to serve the needs of the Members,” Bragg Jr. said. “NISC is truly an outstanding organization, and I am thrilled to be a part of it.”

“Since first becoming involved with NISC 22 years ago as a new manager, I have been consistently impressed with the organization through our work on numerous projects,” Milner said. “I ran for the Board to become more involved with a cooperative that aligns so closely with our own, and I look forward to helping promote the innovative services NISC offers its Members. The employees and fellow Board Directors have already made me feel very welcome, and I am honored to serve our Members in this new role.”

“NISC is such an integral cooperative industry partner, and I’m excited to support its proven mission and especially proud to represent District 7,” Johnston said.

NISC would like to recognize and thank exiting Directors Carol Wright, Tom Walch and Darin LaCoursiere for their service on the NISC Board.

“Carol, Tom and Darin have been instrumental to NISC’s success and will be greatly missed,” said Remboldt. “We look forward to working with our new Directors and the full NISC Board as we continue to develop and enhance our technology solutions together with our Members.”
