Project Manager - Document Vault & ABS Ancillary Products

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this position are configuring and implementing Document Vault, Accounting and Business Solutions (ABS) AppSuite, ABS Messenger and/or other ABS Ancillary product implementations for Member/Customers. Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and monitor the Project Schedule.
  • Work closely with the various product areas where Document Vault is utilized.
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Business Solutions (ABS) Project Manager(s) in the installation of the various ABS ancillary products.
  • Determine expectations and timelines of the Member’s implementation process.
  • Compile and analyze business requirements and evaluate Member/Customers’ operational processes to prepare for the ancillary products implementations.
  • Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the enterprise implementation.
  • Perform on-site training or deliver remote application training to Member/Customers.
  • Design and implement system set-up configuration independently, facilitate and follow-up on difficult application requests, and convey customer feedback to development staff.
  • Complete required conversion documents and utilize tools and best practices as directed.
  • Working knowledge of supporting applications in a remote environment, utilizing tools such as WebEx and VPN clients
  • Basic knowledge of peripheral hardware including desktop scanners.
  • Up to 20% travel to customer sites, as necessary, to meet the business objectives.
  • Assist with training at Document Vault Workshops.

Supplementary Functions:

  • May prepare materials and deliver learning courses.
  • May be called upon to assist in other implementation areas and design teams.
  • May be called upon to participate in testing of new product development or enhancements.

Desired Job Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of Project Management processes and theory
  • Generally 1-3 years of product usage or implementation experience
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting practices

Desired Education and/or Certification(s):​​

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred
