NISC CallCapture customers can obtain and provide information on their own schedule — independent of office hours or staff availability. This allows your staff to handle routine business without negatively impacting customer service.
 
This chart in the iVUE Dashboard provides a visual analysis of the interactive voice response system (IVR) activity. This example shows the volume of service interruption calls received within a given timeframe.
