Your customers can check account balances, pay their bill and sign up for automatic, recurring credit card and electronic check payments by phone 24 hours a day.
NISC Audivate is a full-featured IVR system hosted within the NISC Payment Gateway on a secure NISC server, making it Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant while at the same time taking your network out of scope for PCI compliance. Audivate operates within the NISC Payment Gateway environment and requires only an on-site proxy server to allow real-time communication with your iVUE server.
