From concept to implementation to support, NISC takes pride in harnessing the talents, experience and resources of all in the NISC Community to provide solutions we can be proud of – solutions that will maintain our position as the market leader. We rely on the feedback of our Members/Customers during and after implementation. These "lessons learned" are valuable in helping us improve our enterprise offerings and the services that support them.
Our most recent addition to the NISC support model is the NISC Community website – an online network of NISC employees, Members, tools and resources designed to foster communication and collaboration amongst all members of the greater NISC Community. It’s a knowledgebase of NISC products, services, processes and personnel that is available from any computer or internet capable mobile device at any time.
As technology changes and Membership increases, NISC will continue to evolve, seeking the most innovative advances in support and customizing them to fit our industry.
