NISC offers state of the art meeting space within its beautiful Lake Saint Louis office. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while walking the paths along the serene wooded area or the tranquil fountain pond. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and hotel accommodations, NISC is easily accessible from major interstates within the St. Louis area.
Three meeting rooms available:
- 1130 (836 sq ft) – classroom style seating - 30; Theater – 45
- 1132 (1,140 sq ft) – classroom style seating – 40; Theater – 55
- 1133 (1,216 sq ft) – classroom style seating – 44; Theater – 60
 NISC meeting rooms offer many features:
- Air walls can be opened between rooms to allow two or all three rooms to flow into one (maximum 90 classroom style seating)
- Meeting space is located on ground floor
- Free parking available
- Built-in projector and screen available - $100 per room. Lavaliere microphone and additional AV equipment are available for an additional rental fee
- Food and beverage can be ordered through NISC preferred caterers (no alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises)
- Room rental includes coffee and ice water refreshed throughout the day
NISC is a non-smoking facility. Smoking areas are located on the back patio of the building.
Rental is $250 per room per day. The meeting rooms are available for rent during regular business hours (7:30 am to 5:30 pm). If you would like to rent the meeting rooms after normal business hours, please contact us to discuss the specifics of the event. |
