NISC has developed a partnership with Oracle, the leader in database technology. Oracle's RDB product used in CAPS XL-Plus, is a fully SQL compliant relational database. The robust features of CAPS XL-Plus and the Oracle database allow for greater Member flexibility and improved data integrity. The SQL compliant database also allows more open access to the data by many other office products. NISC's Visual Utility MapEdit also implements Oracle's Oracle 8i for data storage and management. |
