Purpose of Company Objectives
Each year since NISC’s inception, an annual company objective is defined for the entire organization. The company objective ties a specific attribute rooted in the cooperative spirit to NISC’s ongoing principle of transforming business through the power of technology. The importance of this objective is to raise a unified awareness throughout the organization that everyone is working towards the same goal. This company objective, or goal, may change from year to year or it may stay the same for more than a year. Most of these goals focus on a specific approach to improving NISC’s service to both internal and external customers.
