Gerry Fisher

The Telecom Solutions Division is responsible for overseeing the conversion of new Members/Customers, daily support and ensuring the satisfaction of existing Members/Customers. In addition, the division oversees the programming support of all Telecom software products. The division provides regular input regarding the direction of the Subscriber Information System (SIS) product line and is responsible for all aspects of the End User Billing (EUB) and Carrier Access Billing System (CABs) products developed by NISC. The Telecom Solutions Division assists NISC's Business Development and Marketing Division in the sales and marketing of NISC Telecom products. Gerry Fisher is Vice President of NISC's Telecom Solutions Division.

Fisher served in various positions at North Central Data Cooperative (NCDC) over the course of almost 30 years. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, Fisher holds a Masters in Business Administration degree and a Masters in Management degree from the University of Mary, Bismarck, N.D.
