The Shared Services Division oversees the installation and ongoing support and satisfaction of Members/Customers in the areas of hardware, system administration, operating systems, communications and system networks (LANS, WANS, VPNs), hand-helds, document imaging systems and additional products relating to the area. The Shared Services Division is also responsible for providing technical services support to meet NISC's internal requirements, and providing regular input into the direction and design of technology and hardware products used by NISC. Shared Services works closely with the Business Development and Marketing Division in the sale and configuration of technical products and systems. Doug Remboldt is the Vice President of NISC's Shared Services Division.
Prior to assuming his present position, Remboldt was employed with North Central Data Cooperative (NCDC) for 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems and a Masters in Management from the University of Mary, Bismarck.
