David is a former Vice President of Product Management with Aclara™, a meter data management software company. He brings 17 years experience in the utility and software industry where he worked with cooperatives, municipals, investor owned utilities, distributors, retailers, smart metering, demand response, automated meter infrastructure (AMI) providers and software companies. His experience, familiarity with NISC and the cooperative business model as well as his interpersonal skills, values and business ethics were all qualifications in this selection.
